The company was founded in October 1988 as Bio-Genesis Technology with the main goals of formulating and marketing revolutionary, cost-effective microbial products. After serving clients across the United States, we began to pursue international business in 1996 and acquired Applied Biotech Industries, Inc. (ABI) in 2006, securing our own R&D center and manufacturing base.
Through our distributors, our list of clients has grown to include large-scale farms, poultry & livestock producers, fertilizer companies, aquaculture & shrimp operations, municipal & industrial wastewater treatment plants, oilfield well & production water treatment operations, automotive shops, military bases, car washes, golf courses, lakes, ponds and plantations.
In 2006, the company experienced notable growth, merging with PT Green Planet of Indonesia and SuperBac of Brazil and purchased Applied Biotech Industries, Inc. (ABI), one of the leading microbial manufacturing fermentation facilities in the United States. As Bio-Green Planet continues to grow and thrive, we remain dedicated to developing cutting-edge microbial treatments to improve crop yields, eliminate waste odors and clean soil & wastewater for our diverse clients around the world.
